Keys to the Mystery

“What the caterpillar calls the end, the rest of the world calls a butterfly
--Lao Tzu

These the four guiding principles of transformation: maturation is a lifelong opportunity growth and transformation move in spirals; there is a plateau for a time and then transformation; breakdown precedes breakthrough; pain brings us to the crossroads, but love pulls us through. As the Sisters of Saint Joseph say, "Never go ahead of the grace."

These are five dynamic elements of transformation: shifts in consciousness create a new narrative; reclaiming the inner voice transforms the soul of the community or shared endeavor; done adeptly reconciliation leads to conversion and moves the community forward; action and experimentation are paths to new life; to be transformative visioning needs to listen to and heed the deepest longings of the community.
