The Grace of Understanding is located at the solar plexus, the center of your self-respect and personal responsibility. All personal transformation originates in the self-understanding that this grace offers. The grace of understanding flows from a healthy sense of self and fosters a spirit of integrity in dealings with others.
Prayer: I call upon the grace of understanding to illuminate the depths of my own personal mysteries and all matters of my life so that I may see clearly beyond the obvious and the personal. I ask to see the wisdom path and to understand the deeper truths about my own nature.
